Team Overview

Rachel Lawrie, Director and Principal at Stadium Real Estate

Rachel Lawrie

Director and Principal

Community. Connection. Integrity. It’s upon these values that Principal Rachel Lawrie has founded Stadium Real Estate. Leading her exceptional team with energy and passion, Rachel is setting new standards in the Real Estate industry.

A true professional, Rachel’s exemplary standards mean she’s no stranger to success, with a former elite career as one of Australia’s most diverse marine biologists. Transitioning to real estate in 2013, Rachel has brought her thirst for knowledge and continual drive for improvement to the sector. She’s constantly looking to undergo training and hone her skills in leadership, negotiation, marketing, sales and property management.

First-class service is a non-negotiable for Rachel, who is a former winner of the South Australia Community Achievement award. Dedicated to serving clients and the community with respect, care and honesty, Rachel is deeply committed to exceeding the expectations of every client.

A great believer in transparency and being accountable, what you see is what you get with Rachel. She instils a strong sense of integrity and honour in her team that informs every action and decision.

Family is number-one for Rachel, and business comes a close second, with both of her daughters involved in Stadium Real Estate. Proud mum Rachel loves nothing more than spending time with her daughters at sports events, travelling and, of course, a bit of well-earned retail therapy.

Kashalia Power, Personal Assistant to the Principal & Head of Administration at Stadium Real Estate

Kashalia Power

Personal Assistant to the Principal & Head of Administration.

As PA to the Principal, Kashalia is a highly diligent and organised individual who takes pride in completing all tasks promptly and accurately. Kashalia enjoys the wide-ranging scope of her role and, alongside her PA duties, successfully runs the technology for online auctions.

A former semi-finalist for the South Australian Young Achievers Award for customer service for the community programme, Kashalia strives to provide excellent customer care for both colleagues and clients.

A great observer of the people around her, Kashalia soaks in knowledge and applies what she learns to ensure she meets clients’ goals and interacts with them in the best possible way. Kashalia is often described as a gentle soul with a calming presence, who is able to put anyone at ease – no matter who they are. The real estate business can be stressful for clients, and Kashalia is adept at diffusing difficult situations and helping clients smoothly work through the processes.

Outside work, you’ll find Kashalia showing off her impressive soccer skills (cheered on by mum Rachel Lawrie!) or exploring her foodie side and eating out at the many great restaurants in Adelaide. She also has a creative streak, with a passion for fashion and design, movies and art.

Taylor Power, Media at Stadium Real Estate

Taylor Power

Media

Young team member Taylor Power brings a heap of social media skills to the team, competently managing Stadium’s LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook sites and bringing a fresh perspective to the role.

Taylor makes it her business to diligently and quickly finish her tasks to the best of her abilities. Extremely determined, she sets herself high standards, always striving to achieve her goals.

A straight-up character, Taylor speaks the truth, but she’s mindful of always being respectful of all cultures, religions and beliefs. She loves open discussions and is keen to learn from those around her, always listening to and appreciating other people’s thoughts and opinions.

Still in her teens, Taylor’s accomplished a lot already. As a former semi-finalist for the South Australian Young Achievers Award for customer service for the community programme, Taylor’s got a good grasp of the importance of strong customer service. She also confidently emceed a school assembly for the community programme, raising funds for the Childhood Cancer Association and interviewing celebrity guests.

Taylor’s taken on the role of media for Stadium and is busy learning new business skills while completing her schooling. She’s fully committed to studying and aims to one day be as successful as mum Rachel. When she’s not studying and effortlessly running the team’s social media, this impressive teen loves keeping fit, taking care of her health and spending time at the beach.
